🌹 | 1st: PROCESS;➥ The client must provide multiple references of the character or how they want the artwork to be done (pose, face, OC).● I will send the entire art process for the client to check if it matches their expectations (sketch, flat color, and lineart).➥ I have several physical and mental health issues that may prevent me from finishing the artwork quickly. Therefore, please inform me if you need the artwork by a specific date.✨ | 2nd: TURNAROUND TIME;➥ The turnaround time may vary from 3 days to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the artwork and the number of commissions I am working on at the moment.🌹 | 3rd: REVISIONS;➥ I will only accept revision requests during the sketch or lineart stage. If you decide to change something after the artwork is finished, an additional fee will be required.
✨ | 4th: PRIVACY;➥ If you do not want your artwork to be posted, shared, or mentioned on my social media, please inform me immediately.🌹 | 5th: PAYMENT;➥ I only accept payments through PAYPAL.● I do not accept 50% payments or negotiations.➥ I will not start the artwork until I receive 100% of the payment.✨ | 6th: REFUND;➥ I will only accept refund requests under the following conditions:
● 100% if I have not started the artwork.
● 70% if the artwork is still in the sketch phase.
🌹 | 7th: CLIENT RIGHTS;✔️ || Below are your rights (ALLOWED) as a client!● You may use the artwork for both professional and personal purposes (as long as you credit me with my @ on social media).
● You may post the artwork on your social media, tagging me or giving credit with my @.
❌ || Below are things you are NOT ALLOWED to do!● Use my artwork in AI programs.
● Claim that you made the artwork.
● Use it without giving proper credit.
● Modify my artwork in a disrespectful manner (sexual, fetishistic, discriminatory).⚠️ | 8th: WORKING DAYS;➥ I do not work every day due to my health issues. When I am not feeling well, I take the day off.● I respond to messages and requests every day. As soon as I see your message, I will reply.

🌹| 1°: PROCESSO;➥ O cliente deverá fornecer diversas referências do personagem ou de como deseja que a arte seja feita (pose, rosto, oc)● Eu irei mandar todo o processo da arte, para o cliente verificar se está como deseja ( sketch, flatcolor e lineart)➥ Tenho diversos problemas de saúde física e mental, que pode me empede de terminar a arte rapidamente, por isso me informe caso você precise de uma arte com data específica.✨| 2°: PRAZO DE ENTREGA;➥ O prazo pode variar de 3 dias á 1 mês, dependendo da arte e da quantidade de comissão que eu estiver trabalhando no momento.🌹| 3°: MUDANÇA;➥ Só irei aceitar pedidos de mudança no sketch ou lineart, se decidir mudar algo depois da arte pronta, terá que pagar um valor a mais.
✨| 4°: PRIVACIDADE;➥ Caso deseje que sua arte não seja postada, divulgada ou comentada em minhas redes sociais, desejo ser informada imediatamente.🌹| 5°: PAGAMENTO;➥ Só aceito pagamentos no PAYPAL.● Não aceito pagamentos 50%, não aceito negociações.➥ Não irei começar a arte até receber 100% do pagamento.✨| 6°: REEMBOLSO;➥Só aceitarei pedidos de reembolso nas condições:
● 100% não comecei a art.
● 70% na fase do sketch

● Postar a arte nas suas redes sociais, me marcando ou dando créditos com meu @.
❌|| Listadas abaixo estão coisas que você NÃO ESTÁ PERMITIDO a fazer!● Utilizar minha arte em programas de I.A.
● Dizer que foi você quem fez .
● Utiliza-la sem me creditar.
● Modificar minha arte de forma desrespeitosa (sexual, fetichista, preconceituosa).⚠️| 8°: DIAS DE SERVIÇO;➥ Eu não trabalho todos os dias, devido aos meus problemas de saúde, quando eu não estou bem eu tiro o dia de folga.● Eu respondo mensagens e pedidos todos os dias, assim que eu ver sua mensagem eu responderei.
